Once the details of your request are confirmed and upon agreement to proceed with services, you will be required to pay an upfront service fee via a secure online payment link.

Once your item has been sourced you will receive an invoice detailing the policies specific to your purchase along with a secure link to finalise your purchase.

What kind of items can you source?
Rare vintage & contemporary designer fashion, antiques, collectible objects, art and home decor are categories I concentrate on but all requests are welcome & considered!
How much does it cost?
Style Stalker charges a non-refundable service fee which is required to be paid upon agreement to proceed with services.
PERSONAL SHOPPING & STYLING: From $150
PRODUCT SOURCING: $100 for any items valued under $1000 or 10% for any items valued over $1000 (Capped at $250)
*Sourcing fee may vary for extremely rare or limited items.
How do I make a request?
You can submit a request or enquiry online, via email hello@stylestalker.com.au or message me directly on Instagram. All requests, enquiries and budgets are welcome.
What is the payment process?
Style Stalker charges a non-refundable service fee which is required to be paid upon agreement to proceed with services.
- A non-refundable service fee is required to be paid upon agreement to proceed with services.
- Once your item has been sourced you will receive an invoice with payment link for the total cost of your item including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Final payment is required before the order for your items can be placed with the supplier.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal & AfterPay and are securely processed by Shopify Payments.
- In the event I am unable to fulfill your request your service fee will be refunded in full.
Is authenticity guaranteed?
Authenticity is guaranteed on all sourced items, with relevant proof provided where possible. All items are obtained via a network of trusted brands, retailers and suppliers, which I have established relationships with. Please understand though, that not every item (in particular vintage & pre-loved) can come with proof of authenticity due to the nature of how they are acquired. Many years in the industry have developed my own eye and knowledge on identifying fake luxury items and if authenticity is ever in question I will gladly accept the item back & supply a full refund.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Where applicable Style Stalker offers a seamless returns experience to all clients, the return policy of each item varies dependant on the nature of the item & the supplier from which it was sourced. The return policy for each item will be highlighted on your final invoice prior to your purchase to ensure you are 100% happy before proceeding.
In the event an item is not eligible for return to the original retailer (particularly relevant to sold-out, vintage and bespoke pieces) or if you would like to resell any past purchases acquired through Style Stalker, a resale service is provided to all clients, whereby Style Stalker will resell the item on your behalf.
